Throughout his career, Tommy has led various company innovations, including Reynolds’ DMS, ERA-IGNITE, and the docuPAD® system. In addition to leading the company’s software development initiatives, Tommy has also led hardware R&D, networking, and internal IT functions, including building the Reynolds Data Center at Research Park in Dayton, Ohio. With his well-rounded oversight into the business and his strategic mindset, Reynolds is uniquely positioned to continue providing outstanding services and support to customers while improving overall business operations. Tommy has been with Reynolds for almost 50 years and was named CEO in 2020.

Chris has been with Reynolds for more than 35 years, holding various leadership roles in business development, operations, quality control, sales, marketing, and support. With this range of experience and knowledge, he understands the challenges and the opportunities facing automotive retailing and our customers across all of our businesses. This gives him the ability to help each dealer partner grow their business and be as successful as possible.

Eric started his career with the company over 30 years ago, and now oversees all systems and application development, information security, and IT functions. He has helped lead efforts to ensure Reynolds stays focused on the right technology and architecture across all products and software; and he has played a critical role in developing the Reynolds suite of retailing solutions to be the industry-leading force it is today.

For more than 25 years, he has built an unmatched expertise in software and product installation and implementation, systems, and dealership consulting.

Pam’s fingerprints are all over the winning approach Reynolds has taken to solidify its market position. She currently supports the CEO and executive team in a variety of projects such as product ideas, customer and facility visits, networking with key partners, and efficiency improvements in Reynolds’ business processes. Pam has faithfully been a part of Reynolds for almost 30 years.
